Introduction. The article gives substantiation of the model of formation of meta-resource of life success of employees of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the scientific problem lies in the construction of the model of formation of meta-resource of life success of employees of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. The novelty of the research consists in developing and substantiating the structural-functional dynamic model of life success meta-resource based on the principles of conceptuality, normative regulation, empirical validity, technologicity and systematicity. The methodological basis for the development of the model is the meta-resource concept of life success based on the principles of regulatory, subject-activity and resource approaches. Purpose of the research is to develop and partially test the structural-functional dynamic model of formation of meta-resource of life success as a psychological factor in increasing the indicators of professional success of employees of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. Methods. The research sample consisted of 1,339 employees of the internal affairsbodies of the Russian Federation. The author applied a number of research methods: theoretical methods (logical-historical analysis, formal-logical analysis of the problem under consideration, logical-deductive method, methods of abstraction, generalisation, systematisation, theoretical modelling); empirical methods (written survey, questionnaire, testing, quasi-experimental plan, expert evaluation); practical methods (training on personal and professional growth, modelling). The processing of the empirical data, which were taken into account in developing and substantiating the model, was carried out using the methods of multivariate statistical processing of the results. Results. Methodological principles and approaches made it possible to substantiate and partially implement the structural-functional dynamic model of formation of meta-resource of life success of employees of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation and prove its significance for increasing the indicators of their professional success. The proposed principles enabled to substantiate the adequacy and expediency of the model implementation in moral and psychological training, psychological work and educational activities. The identified areas in their integrity represent a holistic strategy optimally integrated into the current legislative framework regulating the professional service activities of employees of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation.
