Interrelationship of education and training in professional education: realization on the basis of humanitarian-anthropological approach

Abstract (English):
Introduction. The current development direction of domestic higher education theory and practice is the methodology and design of the educational process on the basis of the implementation of personality-building education.Over the past decades, the entire Russian education system has been experiencing the tendency of weakening of connection between training and education, often leading to their divergence in the educational process, which should be integral. Competence-oriented approach, which is the basis of professional education, in these conditions should be supplemented by anthropological methodology. Methods. The study used theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, abstraction, analogy, modeling. Results. The humanitarian-anthropological approach justifies anthropological practiceas the way of reaching the interrelationship of education and training in the higher education process. It is presented as the practice of reproduction of humanity in education in its meaning accepted in Russian culture. It creates conditions for mastering knowledge, developing the experience of activity according to the model and in non-standard conditions (which constitutes competence), as well as for understanding the values of the profession. The professional values motivate a person to perform labor actions that are essentially hard, difficult, and problematic. Thus, in the course of professional training a learner gets the opportunity to comprehend the normative and value components of professional work in their unity. The steps of anthropological practice creation (conceptual, design and staging steps) are proposed, their content is revealed. Technologization of higher education teacher’s activity in this case is aimed at retaining the value bases of professional activity.
