Abstract:
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation has been given extremely important tasks, the solution of which determines the timely and high-quality response of the territorial internal affairs bodies to the current operational situation. The structure of the internal affairs bodies is represented by many units, the coordination of which is one of the key elements of management. In this regard, the issue of increasing the efficiency of the headquarters of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Interior of Russia becomes relevant. The author proposes options for optimizing the activities of headquarters as a priority direction for improving management in the system of the Ministry of Interior of Russia.
