Abstract:
The article analyzes legislative measures to prevent crimes against the sexual integrity and sexual freedom of minors. In order to develop effective areas of criminal policy to combat crimes of this type, preventive measures are presented. The author proposes a variant of a comprehensive solution to the problem under consideration based on a system of measures of a social and criminal law nature. These measures are aimed at reducing the number of crimes of the type under study, as well as neutralizing the threats to sexual integrity and sexual freedom of minors emanating from the information and telecommunications space.
