Abstract:
The article presents modern technical means of control, the evidence of which can be used in the investigation of crimes related to road accidents involving public passenger vehicles. The author has identified promising areas for improving private methods for investigating such crimes. The possibility and necessity of using electronic sources of information that provide reliable, objective spatio-temporal, situational and other data in proving criminal cases initiated on the commission of crimes of the type in question are substantiated.
