Введение. В статьи обоснована важность проведения комплексных тактических учений в рамках подготовки сотрудников полиции к действиям в особых условиях. Подчеркнуто, что в настоящее время в связи с появлением более изощренных способов совершения преступлений, а также проведением специальной военной операции на территории Украины, образовательная программа образовательных организаций МВД России нацелена на повышение качества профессиональной подготовки кадрового состава. Методы. В ходе проведения исследования, результаты которого представлены в статье, были востребованы методы междисциплинарного анализа, педагогического наблюдения, анализа и синтеза эмпирических данных, описания. Осуществлен анализ научно-методической литературы и рабочих программ, используемых в образовательном процессе; изучены материалы учений, организованных в 12 образовательных организациях МВД России; осмыслен личный опыт работы автора на кафедре тактико-специальной, огневой и физической подготовки. Результаты. Установлено, что комплексные тактико-специальные учения проводятся по единому замыслу, после необходимой подготовки, поэтапно, с соблюдением общих требований, предъявляемых к занятиям данного вида. В качестве недостатка их проведения отмечен универсальный характер сценариев, которые не учитывают особенности регионов, экономические, географические иные факторы, влияющие на характер преступной деятельности. Сделан вывод о том, что в процессе тактико-специальной подготовки сотрудников полиции, а также при их обучении по другим специальным дисциплинам в вузе МВД России должны учитываться самые современные мировые тенденции организации ведения боя, осваиваться новые тактические элементы, отрабатываться особенности их применения в ситуациях, приближенных к реальным условиям несения службы, изучаться основы взаимодействия подразделений полиции с другими органами и силовыми структурами.

Introduction. The article substantiates the importance of conducting comprehensive tactical exercises in the context of training police officers for action in special conditions. It is emphasized that at present, in connection with the emergence of more sophisticated methods of committing crimes, as well as the special military operation in Ukraine, the educational program of educational organizations of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia is aimed at improving the quality of professional training of personnel. Methods. In the course of the study, the results of which are presented in the article, the methods of interdisciplinary analysis, pedagogical observation, analysis and synthesis of empirical data, description were in demand. An analysis of scientific and methodological literature and work programs used in the educational process was carried out; materials of exercises organized in 12 educational organizations of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia were studied; personal experience of the author in the department of tactical and special, fire and physical training was comprehended. Results. It was established that comprehensive tactical and special exercises are conducted according to a single plan, after the necessary preparation, in stages, in compliance with the general requirements for this type of training. The universal nature of the scenarios, which do not take into account the specifics of regions, economic, geographical and other factors influencing the nature of criminal activity, was noted as a disadvantage of their implementation. It was concluded that in the process of tactical and special training of police officers, as well as in their training in other special disciplines at the educational organizations of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia, the most modern world trends in the organization of combat should be taken into account, new tactical elements should be mastered, the features of their application in situations close to real service conditions should be worked out, the basics of interaction of police units with other agencies and security agencies should be studied.
