The attention of the authors of the article is drawn to such a promising direction in the science of constitutional law of Russia as constitutional culturology. In their opinion, it represents a synthesis of cultural studies and constitutional law. Depending on the processes occurring in the sphere of culture, new knowledge is accumulated that makes up constitutional cultural studies. Therefore, it is necessary to systematize such knowledge, in particular, knowledge about the cultural rights and freedoms of man and citizen, about collective rights and freedoms, about constitutional values containing a cultural component, about the methodology of constitutional cultural studies, about cultural values.
