В статье проводится многофакторный аналитический обзор современного состояния борьбы с неправомерными заимствованиями текста в образовании и сфере научной деятельности. Автором проведен анализ особенностей функционирования и современных тенденций развития системы «Антиплагиат», рассмотрены методики борьбы с плагиатом. Выявлен ряд принципиальных проблем, обусловливающих негативные последствия существующей системы проверки оригинальности научных работ и влияющих на качество самих научных работ и сферу научной деятельности в целом. Сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию системы проверок текстов, осуществляемых с целью выявления неправомерных заимствований, с использованием технических средств.

The article provides a multifactorial analytical review of the current state of the fight against illegal borrowing of the text in education and the field of scientific activity. The author analyzes the features of functioning and current trends in the development of the «Antiplagiarism» system, considers methods for combating plagiarism. A number of fundamental problems have been identified that cause the negative consequences of the existing system for checking the originality of scientific works and affect the quality of scientific works themselves and the scope of scientific activity as a whole. Proposals are formulated to improve the system of checking texts, carried out in order to identify illegal borrowings, using technical means.
